TERM: 12 months membership renewable annually
MEMBERSHIP FEE: $199 per year
BENEFIT: 12 Computer Supports by Phone ($19 per support after 12)
24 hrs/day - 7 days a week
DEDUCTIBLE: If the problem cannot be resolved over the phone with one of our experienced Systems Analysts and a house call is required to resolve the call, a deductible of $75 per occurrence is charged for labor at the time of service. Once your deductible is met, you do not have any additional labor costs until the problem is resolved.
You are responsible for the cost of parts if required.
Most computer calls are centered on helpdesk support and maintenance and these are areas of huge benefit to our clients. We save you the trouble of unplugging your computer and taking it to a computer technician for service and maintenance and having to figure out where the different cables plug in when the system is returned. We come to you and make it our problem to resolve the issue efficiently.

If you need help, but do not wish to join at this time, residential service is also available on a pay per use basis. Non members pay $29 per support and $75 per hour for house calls. Order below.
